“Would be 5 stars if the check in staff wouldn't have made it seem like checking me in was a hassle for them. The manager literally asked 3 different employees (that were not busy with customers) at check in if they could check me in and they said no. So i waited about 15 minutes in the lobby until one of the check in staff finally said ok I'll do it. Then they wanted to give me a room that I didnt book. I booked a king bed and they wanted to give me twin beds. It wasnt until I made a big deal...

“First of all screw Expedia! If You are smart do not work with this piece of work company. The hotel is joke. 3 different hotels using same amenities that are always extra. Everything is a money grap and everything is extra. Kid activities are managed by in component staff…”

“Oct 21, 2026 - Oct 25, 2026 Ladies Trip. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older but well kept. Our rooms were clean...we had hot water in the showers. The food at the buffets and the ala carte restaurants were good. We enjoyed the more natural nature of the beach. Entertainment was ok. A handful of shops...standard prices. Bartenders were friendly and any staff we talked to were helpful.”

“Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...
