โThis resort was extremely relaxing and gorgeous. The actual rooms are a little dated, and the bathroom weirdly has minimal privacy, but the people who work here are amazing! Shout out to Fernando, who waited on us all 4 days we were there! He would spot us by the pools (both the public and our private pool) and bring us not just drinks, but would also grab us food so we didnโt have to leave the water. โEveryone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasnโt 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. โ
โAbsolutely loved the property! We stayed at the adult section and loved every day. Rooms are so clean and spacious. The food, especially at Helios was amazing!! So many restaurants to choose from and loved spending time at the village mall โ

โLet me start by saying. Iโm fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. Iโve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. Iโve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didnโt miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.

โThe property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memoriesโ

โWhat was excellent about he property was the service we received. We go to resorts for the pool, and the sevice there from Noe, Alex and Erick. At the restaurants, Jose at Blanca blue was amazing and Martin from Bocados.โ
