This is the beach you want to be at. The bar side pool, the vibe, the food, the beach, the beachside beds, and staff bringing you food and cocktails all day. A tru place to lounge and relax. Very attentive staff. Location, location. I've been to 10 different places on Isla Mujeres. this is our 4th time back to this particular spot.

A few highlights: the beach is steps away from their amazing beach club, Guru Beach Club; the staff is attentive and accommodating (shout out to Karen and Martha); the hotel is small and adults only so it’s pretty quiet and a great place to unwind; easy to access food and bars nearby. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff was above amazing. It was my wife's birthday while we were there, and completely unexpected they even decorated our room while we were out for her birthday, also providing a full birthday cake. Amazing hotel and service, food is TOP NOTCH

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Lotus. From being greeted by the Manager, to the wait staff, to the housekeeping, every part of our stay was perfect. We were aways attentively served, and warmly welcomed. The breakfast was perfect, the location is absolutely amazing, the hotel and beach club are absolutely top notch, and the food here is the best we have had on all of othe island, and this was our 8th trip to Isla Mujeres. We can't wait to return. Thanks to Lotus for making our trip such a memorable one!

Beauty boutique hotel o the prettiest beach on the island. Easy to walk to anything you need. The staff was amazing! They knew your name by literally the first day. Very accommodating of their guests. Food was delicious with beautiful presentation. Prices were good for alcohol and food. Our room was very large and nice. We had the one with the pool. We are already planning a return trip. Highly recommend this place!

Great Boutique Hotel on Playa Norte!

This is a great little boutique hotel for couples right on Playa Norte next to Mia Coral Reef. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, nice selection of drinks and food. Walking distance to the main shopping street and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for adults or couples. Great vibe and location.
