Terrific stay at a gem of a hotel! Great location with easy access to the 6 subway line and others not too far away. Staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The room was spotless, and the hotel was beautiful. Staff at the front desk were efficient but a smile from any of them would have gone a long way. Didn't eat in the restaurant but was happy to have the option. The location is great for dining and shopping. Would stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff courteous. Hotel well managed. Parking easy. All went well. One star off for the breakfast which was the usual Holiday Inn Express type buffet and we went elsewhere to eat as the food was not healthy.
