“My family stay here was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. Staff were very kind and attentive , making sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. My room was lovely clean and had a lovely balcony looking over the swimming pool. Restaurant in the hotel was the best and food was delicious. Hotel provided tour guide and car at an extra cost to see the pyramids and other sight seeing and it was all very worth it as I felt safe travelling with them with my family . 1) not provided hot water
2) bad room condition (table below too many dust...i think do too many do not cleaning)
3) too many mosquitos
4) in bath room, do not fixed shower hose...and then can't shower
5) old towel condition...
