The staff were always willing to do anything for us, from advice on where to go and what to do, to offering services straight from the hotel.
It is located only around 3km south from the Pyramids of giza wich gives it a nice location to also visit Saqgara. You also don't get as much noise at night as you would do within either Cairo or further towards Giza.โ

โMy family stay here was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. Staff were very kind and attentive , making sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. My room was lovely clean and had a lovely balcony looking over the swimming pool. Restaurant in the hotel was the best and food was delicious. Hotel provided tour guide and car at an extra cost to see the pyramids and other sight seeing and it was all very worth it as I felt safe travelling with them with my family . โHad such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucรบ (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and maintained well. Our room had the pyramid views that were priceless! 1) not provided hot water
2) bad room condition (table below too many dust...i think do too many do not cleaning)
3) too many mosquitos
4) in bath room, do not fixed shower hose...and then can't shower
5) old towel condition...
