“Absolutely wonderful stay for a short stay. The only fault were the pillows…felt like sleeping on a cement bag but that’s a personal preference .”

“Have stayed here before and stayed again because of how nice the place is. The rooms are modern and equipped with netflix etc for you to use. When I got there I was told I’d been upgraded from my Superior Family Room however it was to a Superior Double Room which was a downside, however as soon as I mentioned that I’d booked the family room for the extra space due to work they fixed it straight away and put me in a bigger room. Every time I saw the owners I was greeted by name and asked if I...

“Oddly enough my favourite thing about this hotel was the carpet in my room which was very thick and a delight to walk on. However there are many other plus points about this hotel. The location is excellent, next to the bus and train stations and the historic dockyard and with lots of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. The staff are very helpful. My room was large, the blackout blind was quite effective and the bathroom suite looked quite new. The shower was decent and the heating...

“베드버그, 퉁명스러운 직원, 낮은 품질의 식사”

“호텔직원이 매우친절 했어요 그리고 객실청결 상태가 좋았어요”

“Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again.”

Upon checking in the reception did not advise us that the restaurant was open for dinner or that breakfast was available. We were not told that our room included a free upgraded WiFi. When we entered the room we discovered that the hand soap was empty. Later when we went to shower we found that the shower soap was also empty and that we only had...

“Well it was weird, felt like I was the only one in the hotel... No one at desk when I arrived, had to message on the expedia website to have someone come over to get my key... Saw no one the rest of my Time there. Weird... But clean and it did the job.”

“Lovely position and view. Wonderful breakfast.”

“The chap on reception was exceptional , So helpful.and accommodating, made our stay extra special”
