โThey are misleading on the reservation requirements. It's dirty, noisy, and just unsafe for everyone. The staff let's the people there do what they want. The housekeepers are rude and do drugs.โ

The lobby smells amazing, I would love to find this scent for my home. The casitas are large, very clean & my husband & I loved that the parking was in front of our casita.
Everyone who worked there was smiling, friendly. The grounds are well kept & the views of the Catalina mountains are majestic.

โOur rooms were honestly more than I expected. We had a kitchenette in the room with large fridge, sink, dishes, microwave and coffee pot. The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom was also spacious with nice towels and Dove products for your use. I'd never been to one of these hotels and was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door to the lobby. We're a traveling band and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this by far was one of the nicest. We'll definitely...
