"junior suite panoramic sea vie with terraceに宿泊しました。ルームサービスでfull sizeのbreakfastもお願いできる十分なテラススペースがあり、しっかりSea viewでした。ホテルの設備リストには書かれていませんでしたが、実際には独立した大きなバスタブもあり、バスルームが非常に広く充実していました。お部屋のリビングスペースはそこまで広くは感じませんでしたが、総合的にお部屋は満足です。また、朝食ビュッフェのクオリティとバリエーションが最高でした。アナンタラ専用のビーチスペースが有るかと期待していましたが、朝早く予約すればどこか提携しているビーチサイドのレストランで場所を押さえられるみたいなことは言われましたが、それを説明してくれたコンシェルジュデスクのスタッフの対応は最悪でした。めちゃくちゃめんどくさそうに話されて、唯一これだけ減点です。一方で、ビーチは、予約せずとも、一人で気が向いたときに行って、タオルを広げて寝れば、それだけでチルできる素敵なビーチでした。"

"We got off to a not-good start, as we were given an accessible/ handicap room on arrival. We did not like the room at all - it was uncomfortable and the shower flooded the entire bathroom among other things. We were told it was the only available room at our check-in and they would find a better one next day, which they did. We had a 5th floor comfortable room the rest of our stay, which made all the difference. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Continental breakfast was satisfactory overall and restaurant staff very nice. Hotel location is great - you can walk everywhere in the city easily."
