โI really enjoyed my stay at Gounod Hotel in Nice. The location was perfect โ itโs right between the train station and the beach, so it was very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel has recently been renovated, so everything felt clean and fresh.

โStay was great! Great area, friendly staff, and grounds were beautiful the hotel! The only thing it was a bit noisy where our room was located and since they have uneven cement flooring we heard all the room service carts go by when in the room. โ
โThis is not a conventional hotel; Reception is often unattended and guests are trusted to look after themselves. Maids will not enter your room when you are out to tidy, clean and make the beds, though a member of staff did offer us clean towels when we needed them. For those on a budget, there are facilities for preparing and eating food in the rooms. Everything is clean and well appointed.
