Location was very good and room was super clean and was newly renovated. Overall experience was 10/10⭐️. Parking is not included but there is a parking spot just across the street and is not very expensive. Most important all the tourist spots are on 10-15 min drive.

The building was new and clean as well as being very soundproof from the outside noises. Parking was difficult. The listing mentioned parking on the street, but there is none other than some timed parking. We found a pay parking lot nearby and used it. As the building is new, there were a few issues needing to be worked out, such as the AC not working and being in an error state, causing a flashing light on the unit, which in a studio appartment was hard to ignore. Communication with the management team was excellent and usually very prompt. Overall, a great stay.

The appartament is great for work but not for travel. It is very clean, all was new, it has everything to live very comfortable but if is needed for sleep only it is not worthy to be on the 4th floor with no elevator. It doesn't have parking and the area doesn't feel too safe, If I go back for work I will use, for leisure I won't.

This is not a hotel and the name can be a little bit confusing. It is an apartment building where all the apartments are on short-term location. Well-located and clean, the place is still under construction. They had issues with the AC while I was there but they resolved it the same day.

First, I'm not sure if this is the property manager's fault or website's fault, but this is not even a hotel or apartment-like/suite hotel while being marketed as one (you can find this property when hotel filter is on). Pros: The building itself is new. All home appliances are new and fully functional and appear to be clean. The room itself is relatively clean as well. The room also has full set of cookware, plates, etc. Cons: (1) As mentioned above, this is not a hotel and management does not provide shampoo or body wash, and when you call their customer service, all they can help you with is "I could give you directions to shops where you can buy". Good luck with that if you fly/take train to Quebec city and arrive at evening/night. There is also no onsite staff. (2) The room itself is clean when we arrived, but towels were randomly piled on multiple shelves (and not folded) all over the room like they've been used. We honestly couldn't tell if those towels are clean or not by the look (they do not appear to be dirty, but the way they are piled look just like they've been used). (3) The bed is a pull-down bed that can be folded into wall, so don't expect a good quality mattress.

Good: Fridge, stove top, and stainless steel pots are nice. Washing machine and dryer worked flawlessly. Apartment is nicely sized for solo travel. It was cleaned and set up well when I arrived but there was a distinct layer of dust. The staff was polite when I interacted with them. You can get a near complete dark room with the blinds. Balcony is good for fresh air. Bad: Table and kitchen was a bit small. Air conditioning was broken during my stay in the summer. They gave us a fan but it didn’t do too much. 4th floor room and no elevator made getting up and down hard, especially with luggage. It’s still under construction on the ground floor or is incomplete, and has an intense smell. Overall if they get the AC running it’s a good place.

Fantastic stay for the price! Surrounded by some brilliant brunch places, and it was really nice being checked-in on every day by the hosts. Would recommend for your next stay for a home away from home experience :)

super clean and nice, well organized and equipped (stove, fridge, air conditioned, air fan, bathtub, desk, etc.) self check in / check out was eaiser than i thought, and the host was very communicative throughout every process! not too far from all the tourist attraction spots. also i was surprised that all the bed sheets / towels smelled very nice and clean like freshly washed!

Place was still under construction, no parking and no information given about this when booking. Room has no working air condition and had to compline about it, response was fast but not resolved any issues and had to do sleep less nigh as I had to leave the windows open and road noise disturbed the sleep. Manager offered a $50 credit for a sleep less night for that I have to do a long process of refund which o don’t want to take it, anyway This place needs to fixed properly before doing promising advertisement.
