"We booked the room for 3 people. when we arrived there was only one king bed. Upon checking with the front desk, they said they do not have any rooms that can accomodate 3 adults ( only a family room). Expedia allowed me to book for 3 people, Luckily the hotel was very accommodating and provided us with a cot. The staff we excellent and very helpful and even were willing to move us to a family room at no extra charge the next day. We opted to stay in our room as it was too disruptive to pack and move all our stuff. The room was well equipped with a nice kitchenette, large bathroom and nice amenities. The location was wonderful. Easy to get around, lots of places to eat and we felt very safe in that area. 5 stars to VERIU but only 3 stars to Expedia for allowing to book for 3 adults when that really isn't possibel"
