“The only thing downfall was that the parking was across a 4 lane street, but I used valet so I did not have to fight the traffic”

“Poor customer service unsafe elevator blocked emergency stair access, cold coffee, very uncharacteristic of Hampton we have stayed in Previously”

“Bedbugs, woke up itching, took pictures of the cause, then pulled back sheets looking for more, found some type of lite brown crumbs on mattress, still don’t know what that was, we only slept in bed after 5 am, did not eat in room, we ate at restaurant off site. Reported it & took a while for Supervisor to come to take report. They say they locked the room down for further investigation. They discounted the taxes or something small. Have not heard anything. Very DISSAPPOINTED!”
