“We loved our stay here! The service was impeccable. Pedro the manager shoeed us to our rooms, brought and made an extra bed after a mixup with the booking (not their fault), remembered us by name and ssked if we needed anything whenever we passed. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se. Definitely recommended this hotel.
