Everything about this hotel was top-of-the-line! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful drinks and food were great and the location was the best part— we were able to get in and out of London, so easily on the train. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future.

All good…nice staff…but the Parking is difficult…you have to drive around for 5 minutes to find a space!

Right next to the airport terminal. Fab staff and super friendly and efficient. One of our quickest check ins ever. Room was fantastic and spotless. Credit to the housekeepers. Overall a great stay.

I didnt like that we had to pay for parking I wasn't given information on wifi The fire alarm going off at 1am Children running round the corridor at 3.30am Even tho check out at 11am,the car had to be moved by 10am. Awful nights sleep Awful welcome,awful stay
