Fue una experiencia desagradable ya que a pesar de haber reservado con dias de anticipacion llegamos al hotel un sabado y no me respetaron la reservacion de las habitaciones, no aparecia por ningun lado y lo peor de todo es que ya se encontraba full, nos remitieron a otro hotel donde casi no nos respetaron el precio de la pagina, de verdad fue de muy mal gusto a parte del personal no esta capacitado y no sabe resolver y no tiene ninguna información precisa
