"I wish they will list the accurate price instead of listing it per person, this would have affected my choices when I was searching for a room for 2 on the map I expected to have the price for two.. I realized later than the second person was added as an extra guest. The towels could have been newer, they were uncomfortable to use. The kitchen was appreciated to have, iron table was appreciated too."

"The hotel is very well located, right next to Gran Vía and Callao Metro Station, making it extremely convenient to get around Madrid. You can easily access the metro right from the same avenue. The hotel is very accessible, and the rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable, and very well designed. The location is definitely one of its best features"

"This was an excellent hostel style stay - you just need to have the expectation of hostel not hotel. The bed was small but comfortable - take ear plugs as you will hear the guests in the capsules nearby. The shared spaces were good - showers were down the stairs as were most of the bathroom facilities. WiFi didn't always work well in the sleeping areas which was an issue for the electronic key at times. Enjoyed having access to shared kitchen and eating spaces. We were grateful to not be assigned an upper level capsule as that would have been a little more challenging for us as guests in our 60's to access. All in all a reasonably priced stay near the Grand Via and we would stay here again."
