Very clean and well kept hotel. I believe it is 2 years old (2026), so this hotel is pretty new. Only thing is that there is no breakfast or nearby places to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big. We loved sitting by the outdoor pool, listening to the birds and swimming. We felt like we were in an oasis. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very close to Chichen Itza. It has secure parking on site.
