I would stay again. Room very nice and staff are excellent. Had trouble finding charge location for devices, but the beautiful view from the mountainside, and good breakfast service were assets. Except a windy uphill road from the airport.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the valley! Very reasonable price for the quality of hotel and amazing views. Ate at the restaurant for supper several times and excellent food. Free breakfast excellent! Many good nearby restaurants and pubs. Bit far from old town, we were able to walk, but cabs/Uber only cost a few dollars to get there.

A park next to the hotel has become a youth hang out and tend to stay to early morning hours partying. the hotel upgraded me to a suite away from the park at no extra charge. which my wife are very grateful.

Nice stay

Well worth the money, very large suites. A bit dated and tired. Bring ear plugs (dogs barking much of the night, and sleep masks and clips to keep the curtains shut. Slow service in the restaurant, but very good food. Front desk staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything. If you're looking for a very decent hotel at a very fair price, this hits the mark. If you want luxury, you'll need to pay twice as much, or more. Safe location and UBER friendly.

Everytime we go there the atmosphere is enchanting, they have a great view towards Guapulo. There were just two aspects I didn't like much: 1) Buffet breakfast changed into american breakfast. 2) Staff didn't pay attention when one of the members of my family fall down. I had to complain that nobody helped...but accidents happen.
