"Resort was in a convenient area with plenty of entertainment and stores. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The private beach was also great. This will likely be a mainstay for us when we return to Key West again."

"I did like the hotel was really updated and had a nice decor. The pool was very nice. It never was crowded and they had cornhole and some outdoor games by the swimming pool. They also had beach out for the guest. They also had a free Washer & Dryer for guest on the fourth floor and furnished clothes soap and dryer sheets. The staff was pleasant but it still felt like a hotel not a resort. They charge a resort fee. $25 per day extra. There’s no ice bucket in the room and only one ice machine in the parking garage on the first floor. Overall, the day with not bad."

"Enjoying fun outdoor games, lounging in a mini cabana by the sparkling pool, with a refreshing frozen Miami Vice in hand, and you all set to relax in Key West. We enjoyed this as a staycation and will definitely do so again. Thanks for the memories!"

"This hotel was super nice! It is in walking distance to the airport even though they do offer a shuttle. We were in building five which faced the ocean. It was so nice sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and boats go by. You can hear and see the airplanes, which I thought was neat, but not at night and when you are inside with a/c you can’t hear. Breakfast was amazing! Plus they have a shuttle to take you downtown. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay."

"We were really disappointed by the beach. It’s rocky and was covered in seaweed (during our visit). The pools are beautiful, staff was lovely. The room was enormous and well maintained. I just wish we had more transparency regarding the condition of the beach."
