"We loved the location! We were able to walk to great restaurants, entertainment, historic sites and, of course, the Capital. Staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was good."

"Breakfast is basically just cereal. Two of three pillows were unusable with stains. Bathroom toilet in rough shape. Shower chipping and hair. Overall not a well maintained location."

"The lobby/dining area was bright and welcoming, the staff very helpful and friendly. The TV was set on quiet, which I very much appreciated. I liked my bright comfortable room, especially that I could open the window for fresh air. Excellent bathtub and shower. Downside: Could to hear voices from the neighboring room. Breakfast could offer more healthy choices."

"Wonderful restored apartment building from 1920s, mostly original elegant woodwork. Some rooms still with much or all original features - such as a cast iron clawfoot tub in our room (Dahlia), also an old treadle sewing machine converted to a side table. Very generous and helpful staff, including breakfast chef who made a hearty breakfast each day. Great location ~7 blocks walk from historic district. Only minor drawbacks - slightly worn linens, bed so-so, curtains not light-blocking at least in our room."

"Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, very hospitable. We also liked the breakfast and appetizers in the evening. Overall, a very good place to stay!"
