"Parking can be a problem only if you arrive after 10pm or so, otherwise no issues while we were there. Main floor of the hotel was very warm but A/C in our room was fantastic. It never struggled to keep up with our demand. Breakfast was nice for it being included. It had scrambled eggs, pre-made cheese omelets, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, toast and bagels, etc. Room was spacious and had a couch with a pullout bed. Elevators were fast. Plenty of storage. Room was equipped with mini fridge and microwave as well as pod style coffee maker. Shower head was difficult to turn on and off but had good pressure. We would stay here again."

"Liked that we had a private room with our own restroom and dinning area. However it was pretty dusty in the dinning/kitchen area. The tub was also dusty, only noticed when I turned on the water and watched as all the dirt drained. My partner and I got stuffy noses because of there dust. The bed sheets however were clean though."

"I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. I noticed some stains on the headboard, curtains, sofa cushions, and mattress cover, as well as some dust on the windows. The towels also had a mark. The room is so beautiful that it’s a pity these small details are overlooked—a deep clean would make this place absolutely flawless! A Quick Tip for Future Guests: If you are planning to use rideshare apps (Uber/Lyft), please note that they are very hard to catch at night in this area especially when big concerts/events are held. It’s much better to have your own car. Overall, a fantastic, budget-friendly option with great style."

"The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed with the price for the stay. Thank you for having me!"
