Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and when we were asked what we would like for breakfast on the evening before, we requested some things that weren't on their breakfast menu (We hadn't seen it at that point)and they went out and bought them specially. “Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber uns ordentlich mit einem schönen Bad und einem wirklich bequemen Bett. Vom Balkon (mit einer Hängematte) hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge (wenn es die Wolken erlauben) Natürlich ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des erstaunlichen Verkehrs recht laut, was aber durch die Annehmlichkeiten aufgewogen wird. Kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!”

“We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff.”

“The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.”

“Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.”
