The hotel was very nice and I found the concep very interesting as the room is like a little studio apartment. I will definitely consider these for extended stays.

Absolutely no housekeeping during a 3 night stay. No clean towels or emptying of the trash. Front desk had no response for the dirty room and horrible lack of housekeeping. Just gave us clean towels only upon request. This is the worst HYATT property I have ever stayed at.

When I got to the room the fridge had leaked water all over the floor so I cleaned it up and it had been turned off so I turned it back on it rattles throughout the night so loud you couldn’t sleep. I don’t ask to change rooms as it was so late

This was a perfect place for me and my family for my daughter’s graduation from NC State. The suite with the small kitchen was perfect for bringing in food and hanging out with visitors.

My family and I live in the area but we come here to have a “staycation” every now and then. We absolutely love the property. Spend as much as possible at the fire pit. We love it here!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. We were in NC to visit family in Durham and also meet up with family from VA. It worked well as a “home” base for this purpose. Beds are comfortable. The room itself is spacious and lent itself for relaxing place to wind down after a full day. Breakfast was well tended and included many good food choices. Lots of seating options in the lobby from straight back chairs, to high top tables, relaxed cozy chairs, tables for two - definitely something for every situation. Also some outdoor seating with a fire pit table. Many other amenities that we did not use are (pool, laundry, gym, pool table). Nice place
