공항 호텔로 매우 편리한 위치이지만 엄청난 비행기 소리
숙소는 out of nowhere에 있지만 공항과 매우 가깝고 공항까지 운전하는 경로도 매우 쉽습니다. 프론트 직원들도 친절하고 무료주차, 방도 넓었고, 깨끗했습니다만... 다른 공항 호텔에 비해서도 비행기 소리가 너무너무 크게 들립니다. 간단한 스낵을 팔고 식당이 있지만, 스낵의 종류는 매우 한정적입니다.

The kitchen area sink handle was broken, no water. The living area lights didnt work. Shuttle to airport horrible. 5am ride, male employee didnt say anthing, and after my sister was dropped off at the airport ( I went with her to the airport). Was told to call the hotel for pickup. Phne just rang and rang. I had to take a taxi back ($20 which i should get reimbursed for). The man was the only person working. He would drive the shuttle, lock the front doors and drive the shuttle. Thank you

Check in was quick and pleasant. Room was clean and roomy. Water pressure was outstanding. Only change I would make is getting shower doors instead of shower curtains. Doors are more sanitary and easier to clean. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Cardinal sin of a hotel to not deliver a scheduled wake up call for a weary traveler. Second, front desk staff looking a their phones during the day with guests in the lobby. Short staffed leaving the front desk unattended and leaving a sign "back in 15 minutes". At 7 in the morning picking up a person at the airport but nobody to cover to check out.

We were told that there was a shuttle that runs until midnight by the girl at the front desk. We went to Thrifty to drop our car off and called and the guy said he was sorry he was the only one there and that they could not get us, to call Uber or Lyft. After I asked to speak to manager he was rude and said he would be there in 15 or 20 minutes. I called Uber but then had to cancel Uber because he showed up to get us. So much for Southern Hospitality. They were very rude and not helpful. We were only there from 9pm-6am. Would not recommend if you’re looking for anything other than a place to lay your head.

No open restaurant when we arrived at 8pm. It was a holiday so no real option for food choices. When we left in the morning around 645am, there was no one at the front desk. A sign stating the person on duty was taking someone to the airport and would return in 15 min. When he returned, he had to do a few other things, like taking out the trash before he could take us to the airport. So who's running the hotel when the front desk person is driving the shuttle bus? I found it quite odd and unsafe that no one is at the front desk for those time periods. I actually felt bad for the front desk person. It is a bit too much for one person.

We stayed for only one night. The room was big with separate sitting area which was nice. The noise was terrible (planes and beeping from vans), temp in room fluctutated and the breakfast was gross. I thought $150 was expensive for what it was. We won't stay again.

I often stay there whenever I have to take a flight out of RDU because I live 3 hours away from the airport. Sometimes I even stay there if I get in really late. This particular occasion my flight was leaving out at 5:23am and I needed to be at the airport by 4am. When I called to see if shuttle service was available, I was just told, "yes". When I arrived the night before, I tried to sign up for the shuttle service and they told me it didn't start until 5am. There's no way I could wait until 5am to shuttle over to the airport for a flight that was leaving at 5:23am and boarding 30 minutes prior so I had to leave at 3:30am to make sure I got to the parking area, found a parking space and was shuttled from the airport parking to the airport in time to get there by 4am. Not to mention I had to wake up at 3am.......I only arrived at 8pm and couldn't sleep since I was so anxious about making sure I left early enough to get there in time. I'm sure it was my fault for not making sure when I called to find out if they offered shuttle at 4am. It would be nice if when anybody called in and asked about the shuttle they would specify the actually running times for the shuttle if they are not 24 hours like other hotels. I have learned my lesson and will definitely ask from now on. With all that said, I do enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff and facilities are nice.
