The Appartement was smelling slightly, which we could handle, but then we went into the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned at all, hairs and brown spots in and outside the toilet. “Very friendly staff, beautiful building, good restaurant. Although my stay was brief, it was very relaxing”

“My family checked in late. I was very embarrassed because there was no towel in the room and paid the towel after paying the next morning. I also put my own linen on the bed. It was so hard to put the sheets on while I was tired. But the sand playground for children and the nearby beach were good in the hotel.”

“Great cozy environment, helpful friendly staff, great location in De Panne”

“No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty.”

“Great pit stop!”
