The location is great as a base to travel to Vik, the black sand beach, all the waterfalls in between, etc. Vestmannaeyjar (Westman) Islands is very close too (very close). "By far the most beautiful private space we stayed in while in Iceland. It is very secluded, quiet and the unassuming exterior conceals an interior that will take your breath away.
