This is a nice affordable hotel to use as a home base to go see Portofino. Its 2 min from the train station so no need for a taxi and the ferry to Portofino is maybe 2 min from the hotel on the beach. The room was clean has a good AC system mini fridge nice soaps, everything you need. It was also pretty big for Italy standards. The staff cleans the room several times a day. The hotel has a pretty nice free breakfast that's included with you stay.

After a mix up with my original booking this hotel welcomed me very late at night and I stayed for three days they turned a very stressful situation into a blessing. The desk staff and breakfast staff were beyond excellent !! Room was clean and comfy with an authentic charm and location was awesome !! Walk to everything including the train on my departure and the price was very reasonable for the quality !! Thank you 🇨🇦

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Europa in Rapallo. The hotel is in terrible condition and clearly has not been properly maintained for many years. The only part that looks halfway decent is the lobby – everything else feels run-down and neglected. The rooms are dirty and damaged, with worn-out furniture and unpleasant odors. The bathrooms have mold and show serious signs of decay. It’s obvious that nothing has been renovated in a long time. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone for the stay. Instead of a welcoming attitude, I felt dismissed and ignored. Noise is also a major problem – it’s very loud at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this hotel is in tragic technical and hygienic condition. I cannot recommend it to anyone, and I strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodation in Rapallo.

Struttura pulitissima, centrale e con personale super gentile e premuroso. La camera ampia, letto comodissimo e insonorizzazione ottima, considerando che dava proprio sulla strada. Colazione con tanta scelta, abbondante con tutti i prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Non abbiamo provato la Spa ma sarà la cosa che faremo se e quando torneremo a Rapallo!

Hôtel TB situé à proximité de tout, plages, boutiques, resto, embarcadère pour Portofino Petit déjeuner copieux, dommage servi qu'en intérieur. PK 20 euros/Jour à prendre sur place Les tarifs du Spa auraient été un plus dans la chambre ou dans l'ascenseur, idem une machine à café dans la chambre et une bouteille d'eau de Bienvenue ou un petit quelque chose, dommage. Les serviettes sont changées 2 fois par jour si mouillées même quand elles ne sont pas à terre, c'est confort mais pas écologique voire gênant pour le coup. Propreté, literie, insonorité, qualité des produits du petit déjeuner impeccables, restaurant non testé
