Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff. However, the walls between rooms are quite thin. You can hear every even slightest noise such as the shower and conversations from neighbouring rooms, which can be bothersome

また戻ってきたくなるホテル

空港から10分程の立地だがとても静かな環境。ダイニングは中庭に面しており緑を見ながらゆっくり朝食がとれる。一人一人スクランブルエッグをつくってくれるなど、従業員のホスピタリティーは高く、とても親近感がありまた戻ってきたくなるホテル。部屋の鍵は少し変わっているのも特徴

'Hidden Champion' in Ratingen

Es gibt sie, diese kleinen, inhabergeführten Hotels, in denen man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Kein überzogener Luxus, aber alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe geplant und gestaltet. Das beginnt bereits beim Feierabend-Bierchen auf der Außenterrasse des gleichlautenden Restaurants, das das freundliche, aufmerksame Personal mit einem leckeren Schlummertrunk aufs Haus ausklingen lässt, geht über die bequemen, gut riechenden Betten und die freundlichen, hellen Zimmer weiter, setzt sich fort im Wintergarten mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten, wo das Frühstück serviert wird und gipfelt in super freundlichen, hoch motivierten Menschen an der Rezeption, die die Rechnung auf die Firmenaddresse längst fertig in der Schublade liegen haben. Hier fühlt man sich wohl, und kommt sehr gerne wieder! Noch lieber, wenn das nächste Zimmer nach hinten, zum Garten, liegen wird, und nicht zur Straße ;-) ....
