Lovely hotel with a lovely restaurant and outside seating. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room. It was thick with dust and cobwebs, along with hairs in the shower. We reported to reception and they only provided us with an email to email after our stay.

Excellent stay at The Swan - a beautiful hotel in a stunning location right on the edge of the River Thames. The Boathouse pub was a super addition to the hotel, and dinner at Coppa Club was superb. Incredibly welcoming to our dog too. We will be back!

Staff were good. Poor nights sleep though as the room we had on the upper floor was far too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in ( not sure how people cope in summer as it was 10 degrees outside) . No other rooms available as there was a wedding going on at the hotel .They had already provided a fan in the room ( so they must know about the issue) which we had to use all night as well as keep the Juliette balcony door open. Food in the restaurant was ok but service and staff were very good. Leaving disappointed , especially given the cost of the room.
