It is not a hotel in the traditional sense. The room was just enough to crash after a long trip, but I wouldn't sleep there for more than a night.

Needs renovation bad

Hotel definitely not a 4 star not even a 3, barely a 2-star. Room was in poor condition, shower didn’t work well, walls all scratched up. Door was barely hanging on. Restaurant staff 2 male servers were only good thing, super friendly. Right off the beach but can’t go in water due to all the sharks. Close to shopping mall but that’s it.

It was very very average. We didn't have our room "organized" for the first 4 days. Sure we could have asked, but should we need to? And, in honesty this isn't a huge issue for us. Just more of a note for others. Elevators were extremely slow. We might stay there again.

Os quartos, assim como o hotel, precisa de uma reforma urgente. O banheiro estava cheio de mofo, o quarto em condições ruins de conservação. A limpeza era razoável, mas a roupa de cama não apresentava bom aspecto. O ponto alto é o café da manhã, pago à parte.

O atendimento da recepção foi gentil e educado, fiquei no quarto 1704, péssimo! A tv não tem controle, o q me impossibilitou de assistir qquer coisa , o quarto está velho e destruído, ar condicionado barulhento, não tem um cobertor e a recepção fala q eles não tem acesso a nada. Já fiquei em vários aptos aqui e esse com certeza é o pior. Destaque para a limpeza q está mto bem feita .

O aspecto do banheiro é de estar sujo (apesar de estar limpo) por causa da cerâmica encardida. O sanitário está precisando de manutenção (está bambo do chão). A porta do quarto está agarrando no chão e por isto não abre toda. Tem poucas tomadas no quarto. Não tem lugar de pendurar nem a tolha de rosto, no banheiro. Melhoraria a comodidade se tivesse, pelo menos um microondas no quarto. O que valeu mesmo a pena, foi a varanda com a linda vista do mar!

Quarto realmente conforme a descrição. Localização na orla de boa viagem, mas um pouco distante dos quiosques que melhor funcionam. Shopping bem perto, mas não recomendo ir andando, devido ao caminho não muito seguro. Recepção super tranquila, disposta. Funcionários excelentes.

Ótimo quarto. O flat é muito melhor que o hotel.

Já havia me hospedado no hotel outras vezes, mas essa foi a primeira em que fiquei no flat, e a diferença na qualidade é gritante. O quarto do flat é todo reformado, novo, bonito e aconchegante. Tive um problema com a Smart tv e com o wifi, mas a atendente responsável pelo flat foi muito atenciosa e resolveu tudo prontamente através do whatsapp, mas não posso dizer o mesmo quanto aos atendentes que ficam na recepção. O fato de não ter café da manhã já era avisado no anúncio e não nos fez falta. A vista para o mar da varanda é excelente. Pretendo reservar mais vezes.

Boa!

Já fiquei em outros flats nesse hotel, esse foi o mais simples. O banheiro apresentava manchas de mofo no teto. Uma camada de tinta resolveria fácil. A limpeza estava ótima! Senti falta de uma toalha de rosto, acho que esqueceram de colocar. A vista da varanda é ótima. A cama muito boa, só achei o travesseiro baixo.

Razoável, oque ficou a desejar foi que não tinha pratos, nem talheres, copo não tinha disponível no quarto. Tive pedi no refeitório. Precisam da uma atualizada no flat . O banheiro tudo organizado, porém, precisa de uma reforma. Mas o atendimento, e a recepção é ótimo. A vista para o mar é excelente !
