"Checked us into the wrong room, switched us with another guest so had to move everything to another floor. Microwave didn’t work. Hot water in the shower only lasted about 3 minutes. Was a mad dash to get clean before the polar plunge. "

"Very clean and modern furnishings. I loved the amount of outlets/charging stations in the room. The complimentary toiletries were great. And I liked that the ice room was on the same floor as my room. A good variety of restaurants."

"Our stay was excellent the staff presented themselves in a manner that was greater then any hotel staff we have witnessed. The made us feel comfortable, like we’re just as important as the next person, the young lady attending to the breakfast preparation was very friendly, didn’t have any problems with parking, our room was very clean the cleaning staff was great. They gave us towels with out having a attitude that OTHER hotel staff shows."

"Parking was horrible. Expedia booked us a king bed and we had 3 people. The Westin staff changed it to 2 double beds. Double beds are not comfortable for 2 average adults. I think we are done with the Westin."

"Hotel is pretty rundown. My room has a jacuzzi tub that did not look clean and was not used during my stay. I got out of bed in the middle of the night and my feet landed in a puddle of water. Water was coming from the floor by the jacuzzi. I notified front desk, she said there was nothing she could do (understandable as it was very late and she was alone) and offered another room. In the morning while I was grabbing coffee, i heard arguing in the reception area. A female was speaking loud and being disrespectful and a male person was composed and respectfully trying to get a word in. As I approached the front desk I was surprised to see that the female was the front desk attendant and the composed male was a guest. I assumed the female was the guest and the composed male was the hotel representative. I don’t know who was wronged but I would expect the hotel representative to remain professional. I do not recommend staying here. "

"Didnt pay for the breakfast but there were so many things wrong with this hotel, I definitely will not be back. The staff were all very friendly, but also not very good at their jobs it seemed. The condition of the property is run-down. Nothing seemed to really work the way it was supposed to. The tv remote barely worked, weather was warm for our visit so we wanted to turn the AC on in our room but I guess the AC actually only turns the heat on? We kept trying to turn the ac down and the heat just kept blasting from our vents - our room was at a steady 80 degrees the whole stay - it was terrible. The next morning I headed down to the pool/hot tub around 7:05 .. (pool opens at 7) whoever was in charge of "cleaning up" had the door locked and told me to wait.. so i waited - he let me inside but i had to sit at a table & wait for him to finish up whatever he was doing with the hot tub. Once he left and said it was all ready i noticed the hot tub was absolutely filthy. A thick film floated on top of the green water. The pool was green and murky. There was trash here and there and zero towels. The whole stay was just not worth what I paid at all. "
