โTracey & Mark were lovely, very attentive. Boho suite was smaller than expected felt a bit closed in due to lack of views/light from windows. The other rooms were beautiful though. They had lovely linen and wines for sale also. Nice location in Tokai. Would go again. โ
โAbsolutely beautiful property. Super comfortable room with great bed and shower. Lovely decor throughout the place with a very tasteful mix of modern and original fittings. Some really thoughtful luxuries: they leave out a scrumptious cake and have a bar with open access to all manner of imbibing options for the evening. Just scribble down what you took. They provide a pick up and drop off service ( Thanks Pinto) to and from dinner ( and presumably other excursions into town) so that you donโt...
โAllen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!โ
โEven though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) โ
โThe sea views are spectacular, from the room and from the common areas. Service is impeccable. The restaurant is one of the best in SA. This is a unique experience not to be missed. Best for one or two nights, not more.โ
โThe accommodation is luxurious and beautiful. We certainly felt pampered and welcome. The special touches are numerous and the staff members are clearly trained to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was extensive, served with a view of the lush garden which is filled with tropical plants and trees. Plants and greenery are found throughout the hotel which makes for a wonderful feel. The only minor issue was the non functioning TV, which they we aware of, but the...
โA very welcoming hotel in the middle of Fish Hoek. All the staff we met could not do enough for us. Although there is no restaurant, The Peak coffee shop at 50m was great.โ
โThe team were so helpful, they kept checking on us on our way to the place. The were absolutely helpful and we had a lovely time. I would stay there again.โ
โThis was an excellent stay. The hotel contacted us in advance to offer early access to the room and to confirm our arrival time. The hotel manager, Wonderful, was a welcoming and helpful host. The room was super clean, spacious and very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The hotel is within walking distance of a good restaurant and grocery and wine stores are near by. Could not have asked for more.โ
