"The courtesy of customer service staffs starting at the front desk was an A+, cleanliness of the rooms, the hallways the bathrooms from top to bottom is excellent. All possible by the tireless work of their dedicated housekeeping. My first time being in LA for a week vacation was a beautiful experience. Residence inn by Marriott is the best place to stay in LA without forgetting free healthy breakfast every single morning."

"Great location and great service. There is a daily resort fee - but you actually get something useful for the fee - free wine or soft drink each day, free sweet treat daily, and a daily food credit. Lobby bar has good atmosphere and good service"

"The property was very nice and clean and modern. The negatives were that there was no complimentary breakfast. The staff was very nice and we asked for silverware and almost as we were hanging up the phone they were already knocking on the door. Its also a short uphill walk to universal. Also parking was a little higher than expected."
