"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

"The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room"

"Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving."

"Hotel close to the university and close to restaurants that were walkable. The room was lovely , but the AC was very noisy."

"Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor."

"Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful The housekeeping was very good! The rooms are big and I could swim at the pool, which needs a bit of maintenance. Overall I had a good stay,one night or two is ok more I won't advice because some guests are not very good and you could feel a bit insecure. But for the price it's a good option!"
