โThis has been by far one of the easiest hotel check-ins ever! Took less than 5mins to get us checked in. Loved the central location, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was incredibly accommodating. Our room was having trouble cooling down and front desk offered to switch rooms if the AC wasn't cooling and in the meantime they brought us a fan. Free happy hour drinks were a plus before our night out! And the complimentary breakfast was top-notch! Definitely our hotel of choice whenever...
โ4 adults and a baby. room was huge enogh for 5 peaple. very quiet and clean. great room service. everything was good but there's one thing we were disappointed. we realized my hubby left his shoes in the room when we got back home. I called and ask his shoes were still there. manager said maid threw away cuz it looked old which is not that old. they should have kept guest's belongings.โ
โThe hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind. My family and I were getting on the elevator with our hands full. A staff member saw and asked us which floor we were going to and pressed the number for us. โ

โI started staying at this location years ago because itโs conveniently located minutes from the airport but the last 5 years or so I enjoy staying here because of the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, itโs like staying with family. โ
