"We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). "

"The hotel grounds looked terrible. There were large dumpsters everywhere when we checked in the staff told us that there was free breakfast in the morning, but that was not the case. The hot tub was broken."
