โLovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains.โ

โThe hotel was absolutely lovely. We only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed moreโฆ The room was romantic and the rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the harbor. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, but everything else including the garden was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.โ
โThis place was excellent beyond my expectations. Room was clean had a balcony with great view air conditioning worked with was a plus quite at night close to water it was well worth the money โ

There was some construction going on in the building which disrupted my husband's sleep about 9 AM.

โSoggiornato 2 notti. Struttura internamente rinnovata e moderna. Stanza ampia e spaziosa e molto luminosa. Bagno molto spazioso. Ho dato 5 stelle in tutto, 4 nel comfort per via della stanza che si affaccia sulla strada principale che dall'autostrada scende verso Messina che รจ molto trafficata e genera un rumore di fondo continuo. Molto meno nelle ore notturne. Per noi non รจ stato un problema, ma da valutare se si ha il sonno leggero. Materasso comodissimo.
Posizione strategica, tra l'autostrada...
โPrenotato all'ultimo momento, il titolare mi ha accolto anche a tarda ora, spiegandomi per filo e per segno tutte le caratteristiche.
Struttura perfetta, pulita e funzionale.

โStayed here for almost two weeks and couldnโt have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.
This was my home base while I bounced around...
