When we arrived the lights and power in our room and hallway did not work for about 90 minutes, after which the problem was fixed. I suppose it was okay as they let us check in early.

Very nice apartment (you get what you pay for). A dishwasher is supplied (we didn’t used it) and washers/dryer are available in common area in the garden (excellent!) We didn’t received access information however as promised, so we arrived at location with no way to enter. As good as the place is, ...
