โFrom the moment I entered the hotel, my welcome was with a smile and I received great customer service. My room was very clean. Thank you for this hotel that met all of my needs, especially as my visit was for a Memorial service.

โLoved the design of the property and the little details like the โshop this roomโ and the white noise machine! Lovely room setup so cute and also very sustainable, such a well curated aesthetic! One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldnโt find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!โ
โThe decor and overall vibe of the hotel was 10/10. The room was clean and super cute, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. And staff was really friendly and responsive. The restaurant downstairs is solid for breakfast and the rooftop restaurant is chill but classy and has a view of the city that shouldn't be missed.โ
โCheck in very easy. My room was very nice and clean. Great area with many food options and a mall. If sure if you have a car that you are ok with paying $20 per night for parking in a garage.โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Hotel, Baltimore Inner Harbor. The staff was great! My husband unknowingly left his wallet there and they called us to let us know. Once we returned home, I realized we left some valuable items in our hotel room and they confirmed that they did have the items and worked with me to have them shipped to me. โ
