When staff asked us upon leaving if everything was satisfactory, I said the room was a bit loud, he then offered us free breakfast, we declined, but they gave us free croissants and coffee! Very hospitable!"

Some from the chain brands, others exclusive hotels with great reputations. I say with confidence, I have never experienced such universal first class service. The smiles were authentic, the greetings, warm and genuine, the care, personal and friendly. The attention to detail, noticing our needs, was outstanding. This applies from the concierge, the reception team, the restaurant staff, the cleaners, in fact everyone we encountered. It was quite extraordinary. The building is lovely, the decor high quality and the location perfect. In short, outstanding in our experience."
