"Parking was not great. Most Valet employees were wonderful but the fees for valet were not clear and priced high and one employee charged me $40 cash but then hotel charges me $155 an I’m confused as to how that is the correct amount for parking only a few hours one day and one over night parking. "

"The stay at the hotel did not start off well. I arrive at 4:30 expecting that my room would be ready but it wasn't and had to sit in the lobby until 5:30 when a room was ready. Even though the desk agents said to check in about every 15 minutes, they clearly did not mean it by their attitude when you did. When the room finally was available the desk agent could hardly speak up about the level of noise to hear what they were saying as well as rarely made eye contact. I have never had this experience at other Alofts, so this was a complete surprise. The check out wasn't much different when I asked for a zero balance receipt since it is needed for a work trip, basically it seemed that no one working there really cares expect to talk with each other."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing. The sheets were ripped on the side on one bed and had some small black marks on the other. Also, it is unfortunate that we could hear the loud neighbors until 2 a.m. "
