"The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following: 1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂"

"Estava tudo bom... à exceção foi o banheiro que estava com um vazamento no box... molhou o restante do banheiro. O quarto estava limpo, a equipe foi muito solícita, o café da manhã foi dentro da espectativa. O estacionamento não utilizei."
