Breakfast is great ! Staff is very good ! The São Paulo downtown area is kind of dangerous ( not the hotel’s fault ) . The hotel lobby is spacious and clean ! I like the fact that this hotel had an area for drop on / off for taxis / Uber , it makes it safe for the us ( guest ) . The aske carpet in the second floor needs maintenance.

Menu de desayuno muy bueno. La habitación precisaba algunos arreglos.la tapa del wc rota.y el plato de ducha muy mal reparado.pero todo eso es soportable .sería mejor repararlo y listo.

Fitness Raum wurde renoviert und war echt schön. Leider der Boden im Bad hat’s geknackt als ob die fließen rausfliegen. Stutz/Hand Halterung in der Dusche komplett veröstet. Abfluss langsam zum abfließen, Dusche braucht mind. 4/5 min bis die warm wurde. Hauskipping reden laut am Gang. Leider noch viele Haare im Bad. Bett bisschen Hard aber irgendwie doch bequem. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leckeres Frühstücken - hatte sogar extra Omelette bestellt und tapioca. Ich wurde trotzdem nochmals hin weil die Lage super zentral ist und der Preis hat’s gestimmt.

Assim q cheguei precisei avisar q o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo se n era possível trocar…Fui informada q. Não,q a moça ia lá limpar…sim,comigo dentro.A moça chegou e viu q atrás da cortina tinha moço e assim me trocaram de quarto.Os quartos n tem janela q “abre”.A limpeza só era feita fim da tarde,então eu saia e qd voltava as 15h/16h a encontrava limpando.

Minha estadia foi excelente, pegamos o quarto casal luxo ( acho que a única diferença do quarto casal superior é a adição da máquina de café da dolce gusto, que pode usar duas cápsulas por dia de cortesia) Atendimento foi muito bom, o café da manhã estava delicioso em todos os dias com bastante opções... Quarto limpo e a localização do hotel muito silenciosa, as janelas aprova de som nem tiveram trabalho durante minha estadia

Bom custo benefício. Bom café da manhã. Equipe eficiente e prestativa. Quarto confortável e silencioso. Muito perto do metrô república e pontos de ônibus; e de supemercados, bares e restaurantes. Região central, que requer cuidados típicos da cidade de São Paulo, mas está bem melhor que anos anteriores.

Estive em SP para participar de um evenyñyo proximo ao hotel. Ja havia me hospedado na rede Slaviero em Curitiba muito satisfatoriamente. Esta unidade superou minhas expectativas por se tratar dd hotel menor do que aquele. Tudo funcionou a contento.

Excelente custo beneficio.

Hotel muito bom. Cama grandona, quarto espaçoso, com ar condicionado quente frio, banheiro bom com chuveiro bem quentinho, café da manha bem gostoso, refeitório espaçoso. Já fomos 2 x nesse hotel e pegamos umas promoções ótimas nos valores. Custo beneficio excelente. Localização incrível pra quem fica no centro , do lado do metro Republica. Recomendo a estadia!!!!

Gostei bastante da estadia. Hotel de fácil acesso (estação de metrô a menos de 5 minutos a pé) e com boas opções de bares e restaurantes ao redor. Funcionários educados e solícitos (Um salve para o Bruno na entrada do hotel. Gente boa demais!). Como sugestão de melhoria fica um olhar mais cuidadoso com a academia. É um diferencial na escolha da hospedagem para algumas pessoas (como eu), os aparelhos aparentam estar sem manutenção pois os mesmos não tem um bom desempenho na hora de usá-los, uma informação sobre o peso dos halteres também seria interessante. E por favor, consertem a porta do elevador da direita. Ele tenta fechar três vezes até realmente conseguir. Por fim, é importante dizer que fiquei três dias e gostei bastante das opções no café da manhã. Retornando a São Paulo, certamente me hospedaria novamente no Slaviero.

Havia sujeira acumulada nos cantos das paredes do banheiro e o depósito de água da cafeteira estava verde e suja. A cor verde da água certamente é provocada pela realização da fotossíntese então bastaria trocar, mas a sujeira é inaceitável.
