Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria hotel rooms at the Independent

"I will give 10/10 for this place! This is our 6–7 times in this amazing hotel…you know, some times you need quiet space, nice rooms, amazing views to the creek, nice hospitality, if you want something, you can ask for, and all the time it is in positive ways! I would like to say thank you for this wonderful stay! We will definitely come back soon and recommend to everyone!!!"

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"It is very centrally located and actually located on an ancient Roman bath ruins that you see in the lobby through the glass floor. There is daily tour. Fun. The breakfast is good, good food and service and ambience. "

"The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me."
