Room is very comfortable, king bed with balcony. Everything was good. Enjoyed. Lunch buffet is low quality. Smoothies taste more watery. Disappointed with staff, i was hotel guest, paid too high for one night. Next morning my partner was French visitor, visited me and excited to take me after check out. Staff haven’t allow my visitor in hotel. Staff is not kind, unprofessional service and no respect with us. I with my visitor checked out too early, waste money as i paid. I haven’t stayed on pool resort. Missed out my enjoyable day. I felt that they thrown us away from hotel as i was hotel guest. I think they could compensate me for apology
