Yo siempre quedo en el GHL cuando estoy por los lados de Girardot y siempre es una experiencia placentera...todos los trabajadores saludan a todo momento y siempre estan sonriendo. It is a nice hotel. They need to work a little bit more in cleaning the pools. Their covid protocol are really low and the hotel was full of people. They didn’t ask for our vaccination id. We did like that at all!

Very convenient by car.

Necesita mejorar
Pros: Buenas instalaciones (tenis, piscinas. juegos) El hotel es lindo per se y conserva un aire muy prestigioso como era el Club en el pasado. Contras: Servicio: Chef de la parrillada un groser que no es capaz de no incluir las carnes que uno no va a consumir (sabiendo que voy a pagar lo mismo y no voy a desperdiciar comida porque si). Deberian sacarlo del hotel. Limpieza: No tenia toallas ni papel higienico me toco solicitarlo. Servicio de spa: No tienen la disponibilidsd en recepcion cuando lo normal en cualquier hotel es centralizar este tipo de servicios ahi. Habitaciones: Aunque han sido renovadas esti ha sido a medias. Las puertas de una habitaciones no concuerdan con otras dando una sensacion de improvisacion. Los techos no han sido renovados.Los banhos estan sucios y acabados a medias llenos de insectos y con las baldosas curtidas y sucias. El agua de los banhos es mala y toca comprar una botella de 10k para poder lavarse los dientes. Hay que invertir mucho mas. Para colmo le intentan vender a uno el explorers club basandose en una buena experiencia y de descanso y pasa todo esto. Tienen que mejorar mucho.

* Check in and check out are slow. * Our room didn't have hot water, they told us to wait until 7pm to be able to have a shower. Only after we asked to change to another room with hot water, that they agreed to move us to another room with hot water. * At the moment of check out, they charged again the room rate, that we had paid several days before, at the time of reservation. * We also had problems at the breakfast, since they check by room number and guest name, and they didn't have our name in the list. Only after requested an updated list, they did found out that everything was OK. * Employees need better training in general, they are not prepared to deal with situations out of the ordinary.

Great Option
This hotel offers great options to stay. We were accommodated in a quadruple room and it was very comfy and cool. The pools are cool as well. the breakfast was delicious and it runs until 11 am!, for me this is wonderful. I highly recommend it.
