* Check in and check out are slow.
* Our room didn't have hot water, they told us to wait until 7pm to be able to have a shower. Only after we asked to change to another room with hot water, that they agreed to move us to another room with hot water.
* At the moment of check out, they charged again the room rate, that we had paid several days before, at the time of reservation.
* We also had problems at the breakfast, since they check by room number and guest name, and they didn't have our name in the list. Only after requested an updated list, they did found out that everything was OK.
* Employees need better training in general, they are not prepared to deal with situations out of the ordinary.
