Personale cortese e simpatico, mi han fatto sentire come a casa, hotel pulito, cibo buono e zona tranquilla a due passi da Viale Dante, io ero solo quindi in singola, stanza con aria condizionata, balconcino, tv, consiglio.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 3 giorni e subito al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto benissimo... Belle le camere e i bagni che oltre ad essere stati restaurati da poco erano sempre pulitissimi e funzionali. Ottima la colazione!Fornita di dolci e salati in abbondanza,inoltre se la mattina arrivavi dopo le 10:00 loro ti lasciavano sempre qualcosa...bravi davvero. Un'altra cosa da elogiare è la cucina...si mangia veramente bene! La posizione è perfetta,vicinissima al mare (con spiaggia libera o attrezzata),e a viale Dante. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e in particolar modo ai proprietari Giulia e Giorgio,premurosi dall'inizio alla fine che faranno di tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile,facendovi sentire come uno della famiglia. Scappate finchè siete in tempo!!!

Senza alcuna telefonata o preavviso, quando sono arrivata, mi hanno dirottato in maniera molto sbrigativa e poco professionale in un altro hotel senza neanche darmi una spiegazione e accompagnarmi, solo indicandomi la strada; la distanza non era molta (circa 200 mt.), ma per me che avevo parenti ed amici negli hotel accanto, era fondamentale. La prenotazione comprendeva wifi e colazione, nell'hotel in cui mi hanno mandata, non c'era il wifi e mi sono accorta che i costi di listino erano inferiori rispetto a quanto avevo già pagato, per non parlare delle ridotte dimensioni della stanza e, cosa più importante, poca pulizia e attenzione al cliente.
