Hotel from hell

Rooms were nasty dirty. Had hookers in the walkways working. The place is a bait and switch. The photos on the site are nothing like what you get. Ruined our family vacation. Would not refund even thou we did not even spend an hour there. The place is in safe and unsanitary.

Property looked nothing like how it does online, looks run down sketchy looking arounrd the area, place has 3 different names online, one of the phone numbers is invalid, arrived to check in and the lobby was closed ended up going to a different hotel.

The property said that it was recently renovated but those renovations were years ago. The staff is always missing so the other guests were literally uncontrollable until late hours of the night. At one point there were 2 police cruisers at 3am in the morning. We felt totally unsafe. We almost had to leave.

Gross room

This was a last min stay because we were exhausted from traveling and still had 6 hours Togo. The lady we checked us in was so sweet. Yet, the rooms were NASTY stains on the beds floors un swept and sticky. The door was SO dirty it was almost completely black. The pool filled with leaves and debris. Had to buy blankets to sleep with bc the ones in our room were filled with cigarettes burns.

Everything was old and in need of cleaning. The door to my room wouldn’t open last night and another guest had to help me get it open. There was no one on site to help me with the door nor was there anyone to call

No working tv, no microwave, no fridge, roaches big and small. Rude employees when check out time when they see you are leaving. Not worth the discount. No working pool and the pics online are only of the suites not the room they will put you in because the suites aren’t ready.

Upon arrival the front desk was closed and I had to wait outside for 10 minutes before a personnel arrived. I explained that I called the number on the door as directed but she said her phone didn't ring possibly because she was in one of the rooms. Upon entering the room I was given, room 222, the smell of dogs and cigarettes filled the air probably from guests whom stayed there in the past. One of the beds wasn't even made. It looked like someone just threw the covers over the pillows. Needless to say, I did not stay and just left.

I was put into a condemned room and it was filthy. When I tried to call the desk there was no answer. So I went to the office and the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. I found out that the room was not to be occupied when I was checking out. The manager never offered a refund or anything to accommodate for the inconvenience.

I have never had front desk people to be so rude to me upon my check in. I had to take a second floor room, no elevator with me on a walker and unable to do steps. I had to have help going up or down the steps. My room was not clean. Roaches were crawling.My room had one bed and one dresser. No table and not a single chair in my room. No phone, no mini-fridge and no hair dryer. I had to go buy a hair dryer before I could shower. This Motel has gone to hell in a handbag. I would not reccomend this dump to anyone.

When I get to this hotel found out that the Wi-Fi connection is not working it's very low the bathroom door does not shed his swollen and it's all dirty around the toilets can't use your shower because the faucet doesn't even come on and mold is on the ceiling along with the sink doesn't produce any hot water I've been told by the staff that they didn't have any hot water it also advertised for breakfast also which is no breakfast in the morning they said that it was all false and advertisement when it came down to the breakfast and the hotel itself it looked very junky around the area is uncapped the bedroom it was let's just say it was comfortable but it was still horrible couldn't barely watch any television at all because we have to go through two remotes control just in order to watch television that hotel is the horrible and the most disgusting place I will ever go back to ever again don't rent there at all
