"We stayed here for two nights. The staff was freindly and helpful. The location was good, walkbale distance to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Sound proofing not the best as we could here other guests i nthe hallway. "

"No cold water and when we informed reception they said they will send someone the following day, we only had a night there and so they literally didn’t care and so we had to use the showers of another room as we we’re travelling together. "

"On site parking was easy a must for us when we travel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Ten minute walk from the Lanxess arena, very conveniently located. "

"The property itself is clean and the staff is friendly. The room was large for a European hotel. The restaurants are good and offer a variety of choices for people with food allergies."

"Industrial location, very far from anything, room was in the building next to the main hotel building, didn’t feel safe at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. Stuff was not friendly. Breakfast is ok, not a 4 star hotel. For breakfast we had a full house of some kind of contractors.... Parking is free. I wouldn’t recommend"
