"After multiple stays at the Silos this was the first time I had ever made an error with our booking. We arrived on a busy Friday evening to find I had only booked for 2 adults, not 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were beyond amazing, they managed to organise a room for our 2 night stay with a sofa bed and added a roll out bed to accommodate our children. I was obviously very embarrassed and stressed by my mistake but the staff were so kind and accommodating. I cannot recommend them and thank them enough!"

"Refrigerator was leaking a bit of water due to ice accumulation. A microwave oven would have been really handy (though I understand this is a higher quality hotel). A fantastic location, staff & the rooms were spacious."
